seqn.sh is a native Android launcher that draws your sequences, timers, and calendar on a spiral clock — every time you unlock. Local-first. No account. No telemetry.
How it works
- The coil is the next 24 hours. Events, steps, and timers sit where they happen — the shape of your day at a glance.
- Sequences, loops, timers. Recurring routines advance themselves; type or speak a step and on-device AI parses it — the parsing happens on your phone.
- Your calendar, mirrored. Read straight from Android's local calendar provider. Nothing syncs anywhere.
Privacy
Everything lives in a local database on your device. No account, no cloud, no analytics SDKs. The app's entire network surface is five explicit actions you take yourself — subscribing to or refreshing a sequence pack among them. A pack is a static JSON file you can open in a browser before you trust it: seqn.sh/packs/index.json

When can I install it?
Soon. A signed APK is coming to GitHub Releases first, then IzzyOnDroid/F-Droid or Play open testing. Waitlist members hear first.
Is it open source?
The app is built local-first so the privacy claims are checkable. Source-availability is being worked out — waitlist gets the announcement.
iOS?
No. Android launchers are an Android thing.
